Please note: Draws will commence in order of retail value beginning with the prize with the highest retail value until all draws are complete. Draws will be conducted by a government approved random electronic drawing system, under the careful watch of a scrutineer and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

How long will it take to receive my ticket(s)?

For purchases made online at www.stjohnlottery.com.au:

Ticket(s) will be emailed to the ticket purchasers email address nominated in the checkout shortly after the purchase is complete.

For purchases made via the call centre:

Ticket(s) will be emailed to the ticket purchasers email address nominated in the checkout shortly after the purchase is complete.

When is the home open for inspection?

  • The Grand Prize Walkerville Home inspections are now concluded, final day of open inspection 8 December 2019.

Who is eligible to purchase tickets?

The Lottery is open to all South Australian residents other than our CEO and paid staff or any partners or employees of PwC. Participants must be 18 years or older.

How else can I support St John Ambulance SA?

Prior to 1989, St John Ambulance SA operated the 000 ambulance service across the state. Since that time, SA Ambulance Service (as a Government run agency) provide 000 ambulance response services to the SA community. Although we are not legally related to SA Ambulance, we still work together to protect and serve the lives of South Australians. St John Ambulance SA is now a self-funded not-for-profit charity, and relies on community support to operate in service of the South Australian Community. What is the benefit of becoming a Member?

Members are eligible for the $10,000 cash prize draw. By becoming a member, it ensures you never miss out, by way of a ticket(s) being reserved for members in future lotteries.

What is the process to request a refund?

Requests for refunds will be accepted during St John Christmas Home Lottery call centre opening hours prior to midnight on 2 December 2019 upon verification of payment. No refunds will be accepted after this date.

Refunds can only be requested by calling 1300 WIN HOME or emailing info@stjohnlottery.com.au

If I win, how can I claim my prize?

Each winner will be notified with information on how to redeem their prize.

All prizes must be claimed by the winners within 3 months of the Grand Prize Draw date.

St John Ambulance Australia SA will make multiple attempts to contact each winner regarding redemption of prizes.

All fees relating to stamps duty and transfer of the two homes on offer will be paid for by St John Ambulance Australia SA. Settlement may take up to a few weeks.

How are proceeds raised from the lottery used?

Proceeds go directly towards supporting the charitable activities of St John Ambulance Australia SA Inc. These activities include; training thousands of SA volunteers in first aid skills, training and equipment in response to state emergencies, training life saving first aid skills to primary school students, and supporting the volunteer divisions across South Australia.
